PEEL THE OLD--REVEAL THE NEW

September 9th, 2015 • Posted by Kris • Permalink

A Chemical Peel is a technique which involves the application of a variety of chemical solutions to remove the damaged outer layers of dead skin cells from the skin's surface. It is extremely beneficial for many skin conditions such as hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne, sun damage and photo aging. By removing the build-up of dead skin cells and stimulating the regenerative process, you will notice marked improvements in the formation of wrinkles and fine lines, texture and tone of the skin, hydration, reduced pore size, clearing of blemishes and more balanced production and an overall healthier skin appearance.

KM PEEL POWER

Peels are powerful. Not only do they improve your skin but they improve your confidence.

Helen's Story:

Helen started coming to me for her skincare needs about 2 years ago. Last year she made the commitment to become a KM Member and to come to me for regular facials. I got Helen started on a very simple but effective home routine. As her complexion began to iimprove, Helen decided that she would like to take the next step and have a KM Customized Peel. She wanted to diminish fine lines, wrinkles and some sun damage from her face.

After using a couple of peel prepping products at home, she was already seeing some really nice changes. I administered the appropriate peel for Helen and in one weeks time, her skin looked smoother, more even and brighter. She was thrilled. She signed up to have a KM Professional Makeover as the grand finale and boy, as you can see, she looked radiant and exuded confidence.

These are the stories and the reason why I love what I do. To take someone's skin from lack luster to radiant health and then watch that person's confidence soar, well, that s what being an Aesthetician is all about for me.

What type and how many peels, over what amount of time did you do her peels.

Jaydee, 1 TCA/AHA Peel topped with Vitamin A. Helen peeled for about a week and this was her result. Kris Marcey
