The other day I saw a reflection of my chin and neck...when did I get this double chin? I was shocked, so I did some research and found out why.
People are spending over two hours a day with there 10+ pound heads down, looking at their smartphone. This position is causing a fuller looking jaw and jowliness, even in younger people.
Three things you can do starting today to lose that chin:
1. Spend less time on your smartphone.
2. Stop looking down and bring your smartphone up to eye level.
3. Become aware of your posture when using your smartphone. Sit up tall with a straight spine and incorporate some gentle neck stretches that counteract and correct the overused forward position.
